Business is booming for content provider Pragmatic Play after lauching a new dedicated Live Blackjack studio with premier online sports betting brand, Betway, which, along with multi-brand online casino, Spin, is owned by Guernsey-based holding company Super Group (NYSE: SGHC).

At the same time, the supplier announced that it will be a diamond sponsor and also exhibiting at the Brazilian iGaming Summit later this month.

Live Casino Success:

Inking similar deals with crypto-friendly online casino, Roobet, and live casino operator Stake over the past month or so, the provider’s “major deal” with Betway enhances the relationship that was established back in December 2020 with Pragmatic’s slots portfolio and was expanded further in March last year with its live casino vertical.

Courtesy of the new agreement, the bespoke live dealer Blackjack studio will be outfitted with Betway branding, providing customers with an unparalleled immersive environment, reminiscent of land-based gambling, to enjoy what is, one of, if not the most, popular casino game there is.

Bespoke Studio:

Commenting on the new live environment, Anthony Werkman, Chief Executive Officer for Betway, said…

“Creating incredible gaming experiences for our players is a priority for us, so launching a new dedicated live and immersive blackjack studio with Pragmatic Play is something we’re all excited about.”

The CEO went on to say, “The supplier has an incredible track record of delivering unmatched bespoke studios and we’re very pleased to launch our Blackjack products with them.”

Pragmatic’s dedicated studio deal with Betway gives further momentum to its wildly successful Live Casino offering, with the online betting and gaming company the most recent top-tier brand to launch with the solution, following the March 2021 agreement to create a dedicated Live Casino environment for Kindred’s Unibet; the 8-table live studio exclusive for Mansion’s M88 in February 2021; and, as mentioned, leading cryptocurrency casino platform Stake.com. in May 2022.

Growing Relationship:

“We’re very pleased to further strengthen our close relationship with Super Group and provide a dedicated Live Casino environment to Betway,” read a statement from Yossi Barzely, Chief Business Development Officer for Pragmatic Play.

Barzely explained that Betway is a “hugely recognisable brand in regulated markets all over the globe” and the deal is a “fantastic opportunity” for them to “further showcase it through a state-of-the-art Blackjack studio.”

Brazilian iGaming Summit:

At the same time as the Betway deal, the provider announced that it will be a diamond sponsor and an exhibitor at the Brazilian iGaming Summit to be hosted at Boulevard JK in São Paulo, Brazil on June 28th and 29th.

Furthermore, Victor Arias, Vice-President of LatAm Operations for Pragmatic Play, will represent the company at the two-day event where he will participate in discussion panels and share his insight on the “Performing in Brazil – The Pragmatic Play success case” session. Following the activities on the 29th, the provider will participate in the Latam Affiliates event on the 30th.

LatAm Expansion:

The two-day event is the second conference Pragmatic Play will be a major contributor in Latin America this month, as Arias and his localized team will represent the company at the 2022 Peru Gaming Show (PGS) on June 15th and 16th at the Jockey Exhibition Center in the South American country‘s capital city, Lima, in its ongoing expansion across South America.

Commenting on the upcoming conference, Arias said the Brazilian iGaming Summit gives them the “perfect opportunity to discuss one of the most exciting markets in the industry,” in addition to further cementing their position in the nation.

“We’ve been incredibly busy in Latin America over the last 18 months and BiS is another strong opportunity for us to showcase our growth.”
