2017 is only in its first month and already a player of the Mega Millions lottery has won big. The Primm Valley Resort & Casino of Nevada has revealed that a winning ticket was purchased on Friday night at the Primm Valley Lotto store with an estimated value of $188 million.

According to reports, the winning ticket had matched all six numbers that were drawn. These numbers were 17, 37, 53, 54, 61 and a Mega Ball of 8. Officials of the lottery stated that the winning jackpot is estimated at $188 million which would equal out to be around $112 million in cash.

The winning ticket was purchased in the Primm Valley area where three casinos are located, the Primm Valley Casino Resorts, Buffalo Bill’s Resort & Casino and Whiskey Pete’s Hotel & Casino. The area is known as a gambling destination for individuals traveling from California to Las Vegas as the town is located only 40 miles from Sin City.
