Located in Singapore and offering a casino resort experience, the Resorts World Sentosa is now preparing to offer even more hotel space for guests of the property. Operator Genting Singapore Plc has announced the Genting Hotel Jurong will open on the 30th of April and offer 557 hotel rooms for resort guests.

The new hotel is located near the Jurong Lake and is less than ten miles from the Resorts World Sentosa property. The resort now has over 1,500 hotel rooms for guests to enjoy with combined properties. Guests of the Genting Hotel Jurong will be able to use shuttle service to travel from the hotel to the Resorts World Sentosa. Attractions such as the Universal Studios theme park of the area will have tickets sold at the Genting Hotel for travelers to purchase.

According to the Vice President of Rooms for Resorts World Sentoas, Chow Keng Hai, the new hotel will help to boost Resorts World Sentosa’s room inventory significantly and will help to form part of the business strategy to drive travelers to the area. With the April 30th opening, the facility will be in soft launch with a fully official opening scheduled for May 27th.
