Moscow is set to play host to the 11th annual Russian Gaming Week conferences, less than two months from now. Russian Gaming Week is considered the top conference for internet gambling held inside Russia and has played host to some of the top players in the industry.

Russian Gaming Week 2017 will take place on the 7th and 8th of June 2017 at the Sokolniki Exhibition and Convention Centre in Pavilion 2.

Russian Gaming Week is a two-day conference featuring speakers, vendors, presentations, interactive discussions. Topics from speakers include various discussions about the current legalities of gambling in Russia and how businesses can adapt and take advantage of new trends. There will also be displays for new products, innovations, and more.

Awards will also be handed out, just as every year. Past winners at Russia Gaming Week include:

  • Vbet – Best online bookmaker 2016
  • Fonbet – Best betting network of the year 2016
  • Bookmakers Rating – Best online betting portal of the year 2016

Speakers have yet to be announced, but a full program of events has been posted. Visitors can expect over 30 speakers from around the world, land-based and online gambling presentations, panel discussions, and networking opportunities in the re-emerging market.

Speakers at RGW 2016 included:

  • Michael O’Kane – Business Director at Ladbrokes PLC
  • Leonid Obozny – President of First Gaming (Rub90)
  • Nik Rudenko – Chief Marketing Officer at Betinvest

Topics from last year’s events were vast and covered subjects like betting on FIFA matches, bingo marketing, affiliate marketing, and payment systems. This year’s topics will be somewhat similar with discussions on poker, E-sports, digital marketing, gaming trends, sports betting, and mobile gaming.

A spacious floor allows dozens of vendors to connect with potential clients and to spread the word about their products. This is the chance to see what’s hot in the Russian market and make connections for future growth. If you are interested in becoming a vendor at Russian Gaming Week 2017, you can visit their sign up page and download the application form, but space is limited and going fast.
