The Parisian Macao is constructing a replica of the Eiffel Tower, of half-size, with the entire property project having a price tag of $2.7 billion. The tower may be ready before September, according to an announcement by the Sands China Ltd, Chief Operating Officer and President, Wilfred Wong Ying Wai, in an interview with Bloomberg. A promotional push is in the works with the early opening of certain facilities of the casino property.

The Macau government have given the Parisian Macao more time to complete construction in Cotai. The company was supposed to be done with construction by April 2016 but the deadline has now been extended to the month of November. The firm was previously targeting September as a finishing date and even considered the summer for a partial opening if the opportunity was presented.

On Friday, Sheldon Adelson, the Chairman and Chief Executive of Sands China, spoke to shareholders stating that he is confident that the Parisian Macao will be able to replicate the success of the Venetian Macao as another themed, iconic and must-see resort destination in Macau.

The venue will include 3,000 guest rooms at the hotel, a casino, meeting space, retail shops, theater and Water Park. The Eiffel Tower of the property will include observation decks as well as a restaurant.
