American gaming machine and systems innovator, Scientific Games Corporation (SG), has announced the successful launch of a new gaming system for the Kansas Lottery featuring a modern suite of Wave point-of-sale retail terminals alongside a fresh portfolio of draw games.
Premiere part of ‘strategic plan’ to grow revenues:
Las Vegas-headquartered Scientific Games Corporation used an official Tuesday press release to detail that the new gaming system went live across the Kansas Lottery’s network of some 1,700 retailers from July 29 to form an essential part of the operator’s ‘strategic plan’ to responsibly grow revenues for the state and its beneficiaries.
Pat McHugh, Global Lottery Systems Senior Vice-President for Scientific Games Corporation, stated that he was ‘thrilled to welcome the Kansas Lottery’ to his firm’s ‘systems family’ before revealing that the contract also includes other in-store equipment offering ‘convenience and speed-of-service.’

“The new enterprise gaming system and related services from Scientific Games Corporation will help the Kansas Lottery achieve the strategic goals it set to maximize returns to state of Kansas’ programs.”
Launch includes Racetrax virtual race game:
He declared that lottery players in Kansas can now also enjoy ‘the thrill of horse racing and the payout and prizes of a keno game’ via the new Racetrax electronic virtual race title. His firm detailed that this innovation is being offered by all Kansas Lottery retailers including some 300 where players are able to watch their actual contests via television monitors.

Plethora of innovations:
SG was awarded the ten-year contract to provide the Kansas Lottery with gaming systems and related services in September and this deal is able to be renewed by up to an additional five years. The firm explained that all of its technology in ‘The Sunflower State’ is being powered by its Momentum lottery enterprise suite featuring its SciTrak Ultra instant games inventory management system as well as its Aegis open-architecture innovation.
As if this wasn’t enough, the innovator proclaimed that the Kansas Lottery is now moreover utilizing its OrderCast predictive ordering engine along with its Infuse suite of actionable business intelligence products and services.
