After receiving an iGaming license for its home market from the Swedish Gambling Authority in November, prominent online casino operator LeoVegas AB has now announced that its Pixel Digital Limited subsidiary has just been granted an identical certification.

Pixel.bet certification:

The Stockholm-headquartered firm used an official press release to detail that its subordinate’s five-year license covers the domain at Pixel.bet and will allow the just-launched site to offer a range of online casino and sportsbetting services to aficionados in Sweden.

Growth intentions:

Eirik Kristiansen, Chief Executive Officer for Pixel Digital Limited, declared that his firm hopes to grow Pixel.bet into ‘the leading brand in eSports betting’ for players across Scandinavia before later launching the domain ‘further internationally.’

Kristiansen’s statement read…

“With this license we gain the opportunity to offer our products and passion for eSports betting to the Swedish market. Moreover, we have added a truly exciting casino experience that we know customers will appreciate. This springboard in Sweden will also position us for continued expansion internationally.”

Swedish supremacy:

For his part, Gustaf Hagman, Chief Executive Officer for LeoVegas AB, proclaimed that the license means that Pixel.bet has joined his firm’s ‘two global and scalable brands’ at LeoVegas.com and RoyalPanda.com in being able to provide punters in Sweden with a wide variety of state-of-the-art online casino and sportsbetting entertainment.

Hagman’s statement read…

“During a year when we focus on strong growth but also on cost efficiency, it is inspiring to see that Pixel.bet is developing well and that we as a group can benefit from our economies of scale with the sharing of resources and knowledge between our companies.”
