After recently securing a license to offer its services in Ireland, online gambling operator and platform provider Soft2Bet has established a partnership with independent Swedish casino game supplier Thunderkick for the integration of its slots content.

Soft2Bet is in the process of fully integrating the Stockholm and Malta-headquartered studio’s contemporary slots, which will see its casino content portfolio strengthened considerably, with titles such as Sword of Khans, Esqueleto Explosivo 2, and Midas Golden Touch garnering attention from the global iGaming industry.

Enhanced Portfolio:

Commenting on the collaboration via a company press release, Daniel Mitton, Director of Gaming for Soft2Bet, declared they are “thrilled” to have partnered with Thunderkick, a company that is known for “continuously producing strong, iconic casino games that suit a plethora of player demographics and is a worthy addition to the Soft2Bet family.”

Mitton said the deal “significantly boosts” their casino portfolio and “sets us in good stead” for achieving their goals for the year.

Celebrating its 10-year anniversary in March 2022, Thunderkick was formed by individuals who had previously been working with NetEnt and has over the past few years made “serious headway” via its innovative content.

Thunderkick Growth:

The firm has offices in both Stockholm and Malta, while it holds Romanian, UK and MGA supplier licenses, as well as being certified in multiple jurisdictions, including Sweden, Denmark, Gibraltar and Portugal. That means its games are accessible to most EU players.

Also commenting on the new partnership, Fredrik Ekholm, Head of Sales and Marketing EMEA for Thunderkick, said…

“As a studio that takes great pride in the creation of innovative and unique slot games, Thunderkick are thrilled to announce the sealing of a great new partnership with Soft2Bet.

“Soft2Bet’s wide player base and market reach will make a great addition to our future offering.”

Irish License:

As mentioned, the new partnership and content integration closely follow the casino and sportsbook platform provider and operator group’s entry into the Irish market after obtaining a license from the Irish Revenue Commissioners, allowing the company to offer its services in the north-western European country.

The latest strategic move is part of Soft2Bet’s current expansion of its global footprint across regulated markets and adds to its fast-growing European presence after in January securing a license from the Danish Gambling Authority, Spillemyndigheden, to operate in Denmark.

In a statement regarding the licensing, Boris Chaikin, Chief Executive Officer for Soft2Bet said…

“Soft2Bet is absolutely delighted to secure this Irish licence. There’s a rapidly growing iGaming player base in Ireland and we can’t wait to join this extremely promising market at this stage in its development.

“The Irish authorities have made this an incredibly smooth process, providing a positive, collaborative and helpful dialogue all the way through, we look forward to offering our services throughout the country.”
