Spinomenal, one of the leading iGaming content providers in the industry, decided to expand its business to the Portuguese market. The company partnered up with Luckia to deliver its content to the newly regulated market.
The deal as a part of the European expansion:
Some of the company’s most popular titles will be available to Portuguese players for the first time ever via the renowned Light & Wonder’s OpenGaming platform.
Spinomenal started its journey across various regulated markets as a part of its plan for strategic expansion, and the Portuguese market is the last one in the row to welcome the new provider. It follows the expansion to the UK market thanks to the partnership with PokerStars, as well as conquering other important jurisdictions such as Greece and Slovakia earlier this year, and, in accordance with the company’s plan to take over all key European markets, Portugal seems as a natural choice.
But this isn’t the first time Spinomenal joins forces with Luckia. Two powerful companies already partnered up to deliver the content to the regulated Spanish market, and this collaboration was more than successful. Considering that, it’s not a surprise that the two companies decided to cooperate one more time and conquer the new, rapidly-growing Portuguese iGaming market, especially when it comes to the importance of Portugal for the whole online gaming industry in Europe.
Famous releases from the company’s portfolio:
Some of the titles that will be included in the offering in Portugal are Spinomenal’s hit releases such as Majestic King, Demi Gods IV, and Poseidon Rising. Along with that, the players will be able to enjoy the games from the popular Spinomenal Universe. The most recent release from the Universe, Book of Lucky Jack – Baba Yaga’s Tales, will be available as well.
Lior Shvartz, CEO of Spinomenal, is very satisfied with this partnership. He commented: “Portugal’s gaming market grew by 38.9% year-on-year in Q1 2023, and we’re very happy to make our debut in the country with Luckia. We have an excellent relationship with Luckia following our Spanish expansion and expect this to be even more impactful now we’ve added Portugal.”
Eloy Fernandez, Head of Product at Luckia, said in a press release: “Portugal´s market is a key operation for Luckia, and we are always trying to add the best product to delight our customers. We are sure that Spinomenal´s portfolio will help us to continue growing in the market as did in Spain.”
