French business-to-business online sportsbook solutions innovator Sportnco has announced the signing of an agreement that has seen it provide state-owned Pari Mutuel Urbain (PMU) with a desktop and mobile daily fantasy sports platform.

Sportnco, which has offices in Toulouse, Lyon and Barcelona, stated that the branded daily fantasy sports platform for the French sportsbetting operator went live on May 16 while its Chief Operating Officer, Kevin Brocard, declared that his firm was fully dedicated to ‘delivering the best daily fantasy sports solution to the market’.

“We’re delighted to welcome a parimutuel specialist in our daily fantasy sports common pool and strengthen our partnership with PMU,” read a Wednesday statement from Brocard. “Our operating model is built around high volumes and this is a significant step up in that direction.”

Established in 2008, Sportnco has been supplying Paris-headquartered PMU’s Eurotierce subsidiary in Belgium with a sportsbetting solution for almost four years while the firm explained that its teams endeavor to provide all of its partners with fully-integrated sportsbook offerings.

For his part, Samuel Loiseau, Head of Marketing for PMU, proclaimed that the addition of daily fantasy sports has made his firm’s online sportsbook ‘the most comprehensive in France’ and comes as sports fans are getting ready for the start from next month of the 2018 FIFA World Cup.
