Rush Street Interactive has been busy with their SugarHouse brand, particularly in the sports betting sector as of late. The company recently announced their SugarHouse online sportsbook is now the first in the United States to offer IMG Arena’s live streaming service. Players located in Pennsylvania as well as New Jersey will have access to watching and wagering on live tennis events.
New Data Customer of IMG Arena:
Because Rush is now a new data customer of IMG Arena, they can receive official data from tennis events that take place around the world. This will include events on the WTA Tour, Wimbledon, ATP and the US Open.
According to a recent press release…
Rush President, Richard Schwartz, commented on the new offering by stating: “Rush Street Interactive continues to focus on enhancing the experience of our PlaySugarHouse.com customers. We’re pleased our focus on customer experience is driving our strong market share growth in New Jersey.”
IMG’s Managing Director, Freddie Longe, commented as well stating that bringing their official streaming product to the United States is an important step for the company and the market as a whole.
Working on Sports Betting:
Along with the new live streaming service announcement, Rush Street has been busy preparing the SugarHouse Casino in Philadelphia for online sports betting. The casino was given the go-ahead by the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board to begin a soft launch with a full launch set to take place after the testing phase is concluded.
The final go-ahead is expected to be given on Friday May 31st with the day signaling the start of the official launch. The brand already operates the PlaySugarHouse.com site, which is offered to players in New Jersey. The new Pennsylvania site can be reached via Pa.PlaySugarHouse.com.
