US based gaming company Scientific Games has signed a deal with Tioga Downs Casino & Resort to supply a wide range of games, systems and tables for the property’s expansion to a Class 3 commercial casino and resort.

The company got the agreement after a competitive bidding process and it will be responsible for supplying over 40% of the casino’s slot floor. The deal includes a total of 395 slots, table products for the pit and a casino systems suite equipped with player-tracking and slot-accounting systems.

The decision of the New York State Gaming Commission to grant the racino a full gaming license as well as to allow it to extend into a $195 million gaming resort further strengthens the partnership between Scientific Games and the New York gaming establishment.

Commenting on the latest agreement, Scientific Games Group Chief Executive, Derik Mooberry said that they were the only supplier in the industry that could provide the operator with a complete portfolio of products for their expansion. He further explained that Sci-Games solutions would help Tioga Downs to fulfil its goals related to promotions, rewards and player engagement. Mooberry pointed out that they were honoured to be a partner of the New York gaming property at a time when the operator was growing and expanding.

Jeff Townsend, Senior Vice President of Operations at Tioga Downs, revealed that the decision to work with Scientific Games was a result of the operator’s dedication to offering their customers the “most engaging and entertaining experience.” Townsend highlighted that the expansive “breadth of product offerings” made the provider capable of offering solutions that would “engage and excite” the visitors of the casino floor.
