South African casino operator, Sun International, has announced the signing of a deal that has seen iGaming web design and development firm, Vegas Kings, service its new SunBet.co.za online gambling domain.

According to an official press release published by European Gaming Media and Events, the agreement followed Sun International’s earlier inking of multi-year deals with British online gambling software firm, Bede Limited, and sportsbetting technology innovator, Kambi Group, and has involved Cape Town-based, Vegas Kings, to develop and implement a completely new design for the recently-premiered domain.

“Vegas Kings has assisted SunBet.co.za in creating an exciting upgrade to its sportsbook offering,” read a statement from Martin Sack, Online Business Development Group Manager for Johannesburg-headquartered Sun International. “The new SunBet.co.uk site is world-class by any standard and it was a pleasure working with such skilled design professionals.”

Sun International declared that Vegas Kings has ‘advanced knowledge and expertise in sportsbetting UX/UI design’ and has brought ‘a number of exciting features and rewards’ to its new-look SunBet.co.za including the in-play Action Bets service that allows punters to wager on decisive game moments such as scoring method or next point. The firm behind South Africa’s giant Sun City Resort stated that the domain now offers players the ability to collect their winnings on selected successful bets before an event has even ended alongside ‘a great selection of brand new rewards that include odds boosts and profit boosts.’

As if these weren’t enough, Sun International explained that SunBet.co.za is due to additionally present sports bettors with well over 100,000 real-time in-play events every year while furthermore featuring ‘a unique and clean look and feel’ that is believes will ‘elevate the brand and excite all of its players.’

For his part, Ashley Adir, Chief Executive Officer for Vegas Kings, proclaimed that designing and implementing the new look for SunBet.co.za had required ‘a lot of focus’ along with ‘fine attention to detail’ with the mobile-friendly site now boasting full HTML coding.
