Players fending off the chill of winter are feeling a bit warmer now that Playson has released its latest title, Sunny Fruits: Hold and Win.

Released on February 27, the game is the third addition to the Maltese game development studio’s Funky Fruits series. It combines “hold and win” mechanics along with an exciting bonus game feature.

Red-hot action:

Set across a 3×5 game field, Sunny Fruits has 10 paylines, as well as a red chili pepper which serves as a Wild. The spicy fruit substitutes for all of the game’s symbols with the exception of the funky sun bonus symbol.

Players who land at least six of the sun symbols on the reels, gain access to the enticing Bonus game.

Within the feature round, a trio of re-spins are guaranteed, with the value of every bonus symbol being paid out upon the finish of the game.

In-game jackpots:

This new online slot is all about the Bonus game with in-game jackpots including Mini, Major and Grand. The latter pays a whopping x1000 total bets.

In an official press release, Head of Product for Playson, Vsevolod Lapin, Head of Product at Playson, said…

“With its classic look and immersive gameplay, we’re expecting Sunny Fruits to be a big hit with all of our players.

“Our Funky Fruits series has proved hugely popular with operators and we’re thrilled to add this new title to our burgeoning portfolio.”

Record-breaking showing:

The Sliema-headquartered studio is coming off of its most successful ICE London exhibition to date. The Playson stand welcomed over 1000 delegates and kept 85 pre-scheduled appointments and more than a dozen on the spot meetings during each day at February’s massive three-day event held at ExCel London.

The developer also hosted its ICE London 2020 Tournament, presenting a new game every day at its stand.

Commenting on the successful showcase, Chief Executive Officer for Playson, Alex Ivshin, said…

“This year’s ICE London 2020 was a huge success and our stand was a hive of activity for the whole event.
