Due to the struggling economy in Macau, junkets in the area have decided to stop offering services at the Wynn Macau. According to a recent report by the Macau Business Daily, Entretenimento Sai Tai Wu Limitada and the AG Group have suspended their services at the Wynn Macau.

The social media page of the Forefront of Macau Gaming union posted the internal notices to employees of both groups. The AG Group is ceasing operations due to the struggling economy and will stop by September 1st. Five VIP rooms are currently under operation by AG Group at the Wynn, Galaxy and L’Arc.

Entretenimento Sai Tai Wu LImitada ceased operations much sooner, on August 1st. The company has VIP rooms at the Starworld Casino and Altira. Additional announcements by Entretenimento are expected in the coming days as the internal structure of the company is restructured. Casino operators as well as junkets have stated that the potential smoking ban in the private spaces have added to issues with operations.
