Located at the center of Cardiff, the Rainbow Casino is currently undergoing a refurbishment. £3m will be invested into the property, essentially doubling the size of the venue. The changes will be completed by the fall with the casino relaunching by October.

The investment will bring about a larger venue which will require more employees. As many as 30 individuals will be hired to cover a variety of roles including catering, customer service and front of house.

Rainbow Casino Cardiff General Manager Richard Phillips stated that a bigger and improved casino means that the venue has created 30 new roles within the company. Rainbow Casino is taking applications for these roles including managerial positions and front of house. The casino is one of five that is owned as well as managed by Double Diamond Gaming of the United Kingdom.
