Donald and Ivanka Trump will be able to go forward with a lawsuit to reclaim the Trump name from the struggling Trump Taj Mahal casino in Atlantic City. The suit was filed last year in New Jersey but has been held up due to bankruptcy proceedings by Trump Entertainment Resorts Inc., in Delaware courts.

The Trumps claim that the battered Trump Entertainment property is bringing down the value of the Trump brand. The company maintains in the New Jersey lawsuit that they have not failed quality tests and are entitled to maintain the Trump name.
