Avanti has entered the Live Casino supplier landscape with a model built around motion capture, AI-rendered digital dealers, and a cloud-based streaming protocol. The company was created by industry veterans Gustaf Hagman and Jonas Delin and positions itself to address operational pain points associated with running traditional Live Casino studios.
Avanti operates from Stockholm and has built an internal motion capture studio to record the movements and techniques of experienced land-based croupiers. Avanti then transforms those recordings into digital clones that act as live dealers during real-time multiplayer sessions. The system allows the digital dealers and surrounding environments to be customized to match the branding, language preferences, and presentation standards of operator partners.
Rollout Strategy and Initial Product Lineup
The company plans to roll out its initial portfolio during the first quarter of 2026 across regulated markets. Launches will begin in Spain, where operators will gain access to Avanti’s Toro vs. Matador Live title alongside Live Blackjack. Avanti’s early product roadmap also includes multiple Live Baccarat and Blackjack variations, Dragon Tiger, and localized Top Card formats. Additional proprietary formats are scheduled for the first half of 2026.
In addition to product planning, Avanti has been engaging with potential operator partners. The company indicated that it is in advanced discussions with well-known brands regarding integration and distribution. Avanti aims to deliver a mobile-first experience driven by a cloud-based Unreal Engine streaming protocol that streams high-definition video directly to end users.
Hagman described the core design motivation, stating: “Player trust has always been the cornerstone of live casino success. At Avanti, we preserve that trust through genuine real-time multiplayer action while leveraging next-gen technology for flawless execution and scalability. This is Live Casino done better – it’s authentic, reliable, and has been built for the future.”
His involvement follows his previous tenure at LeoVegas, where he co-founded the business and later oversaw its acquisition by MGM Resorts. Delin previously founded Authentic Gaming, which Genting acquired in 2019.
Focus on Efficiency and Reduced Operator Overhead
As stated in the company’s press release, Avanti’s model removes the need for physical dealer studios, staffing, maintenance, and other fixed infrastructure. Avanti stated that the implementation of digital dealer systems reduces operator expenditures and permits on-demand scaling for new regions or table types. The approach also enables consistent presentation without schedule gaps or reliance on individual dealer performance.
Delin explained the company’s design emphasis: “Traditional Live Casino has been slow to embrace innovation. We’ve put technology at the centre, eliminating human error and operational bottlenecks so that operators can focus on growth whilst providing the best possible player experience. Our model enables rapid game launches, continuous feature updates, and game innovation at a pace the industry has never seen in this vertical.”
Avanti uses entirely real-time streams with no pre-recorded elements. Every card, wheel, or dice action is generated live, maintaining the session integrity associated with land-based tables. The company claims that its multiplayer approach ensures transparent outcomes and real-time interaction for all participants.
Hagman summarized the intended market impact during the announcement: “At Avanti, we preserve that trust through genuine real-time multiplayer action while leveraging next-gen technology for flawless execution and scalability.”
