New Town in North Dakota welcomed a new, renovated casino resort. 4 Bears Casino & Lodge celebrated the new era of its sportsbook and Cache Marketplace, which were completely renovated.

Modern sportsbook and fantastic Marketplace:

Along with the grand opening, another reason for the celebration was the beginning of the renovations of the seven-story hotel tower. The hotel tower is planned to be completed in 2025.

The 4 Bears started renovating its property a while ago, and the sportsbook and Cache Marketplace are the most recent renovations.

The location of the new property is on Lake Sakakawea. It is situated between Minot and Williston. The Marketplace offers the customers many various food options, including brick oven pizza, a grill with fantastic burgers and shakes, and a mini buffet where the visitors will be able to try various homestyle food options.

The 4 Bears is the first sportsbook in the whole state. It was officially launched in 2021. In two years, it improved and upgraded a lot, and this new, renovated version is definitely a state-of-the-art sportsbook that will impress players across the whole state.

It contains a lounge, bar, big-screen TVs, and comfortable oversized chairs.

Ambition plans for the hotel renovation:

Hotel renovations are even more ambitious. The project will cost about $95 million at the end, which includes 18.000 square feet of demolition of the hotel that already exists on the property, as well as 108,000 square feet of the new hotel. It is planned to renovate 20,200 square feet of land on the property.

After the renovations are completed, 4 Bears will contain 264 hotel rooms for guests. Only the new tower will feature 90 of them, along with various gaming amenities, offices, and a sports bar placed across 3,100 square feet on the first floor of the tower. The bar will feature the dining room and various gaming stations

The seventh floor of the tower is reserved for luxury. There will be a ballroom of 2,500 square feet, as well as meeting rooms and fine dining options, including a steakhouse and glass-surround restaurant.

Many other amenities are planned for the visitors and guests, including a brand new Sakakawea Spa, gift shop, fitness center, as well as hair, nail, and pedi salon.

The entrance lobby and kitchen located on the first floor will also be renovated, as well as a fantastic glass-backed elevator that will lead the guests to the seventh floor.

The renovations on the new hotel will begin soon, and the work on the construction site is scheduled to be completed in the summer of 2025.
