On September 10th, 888poker will kick off the XL Eclipse, a much-anticipated online poker series set to offer a ton of poker gaming action. On the 10th, the series will begin with 16 events running in one day, including the Opening Event which has a buy-in of $160 and a guaranteed prize pool of $300,000!

During the XL Eclipse, players will be able to compete in standard events as well as mini options. For the first day, players can choose to compete in the Opening Event or opt for the Mini Opening Event which has a smaller buy-in of $12 with a guaranteed prize pool of $50,000.

The schedule of the 888poker XL Eclipse features 197 events running over a fifteen-day time period. Players will find buy-ins range in price from $5 to $5,200, making the series affordable for every bankroll. For this year’s series, the schedule includes $8 million in guaranteed prize money. This is $500,000 more than what was guaranteed during the XL Inferno series of 888, which took place last spring.

The XL Eclipse includes a Main Event, which has a buy-in of $1,050. This tournament features a guaranteed prize pool of $1.5 million! 888poker is currently running qualifiers for the XL Eclipse including options for the Main Event. To qualify for the main Event, players will find a qualifier running at 888poker each day at 19:30 GMT. The top three players of this qualifier will earn a seat to the $1,050 Main Event.

Each XL Eclipse event winner will be registered automatically for the Champion of Champions event which is scheduled to take place on September 26th. During this event, valuable prizes are up for grabs including the top three players of the tournament earning prize packages to live events.
