Details of The Festival Online
The first events of the 888poker series will begin on July 10. The Opening Event has a $109 buy-in and includes at least $100,000 in guaranteed prize money. There is also a High Roller event on the schedule, featuring a $525 buy-in and $40,000 in prize money. Stick around and compete in the Pot-Limit Omaha tournament, with $109 buy-in and $5,000 in prizes.
The schedule continues on July 12 with the Texas Deepstack which features $10,000 in prize money and a $55 buy-in. A Snap event is also scheduled for this day. Players can log in to 888poker to take part in at least two to three tournaments each day of the schedule with low to high buy-ins.
One of the larger guaranteed prize pools is offered on Sunday, July 17 with $100,000 via the Progressive KO online poker event. The buy-in to the tournament is $109.
Main Event and Satellites
The largest tournament is, of course, the Main Event, with $150,000 on offer. Players can buy in for $215. Players are given 15,000 in starting chips in this event, and the blind clock will increase every 12 minutes.
Once the nine-player final table is reached, gameplay will pause and the final table will begin on August 1 at 7 pm. Players can watch coverage of the event on the Twitch channel of the online poker brand.
Players who do not want to cover the $215 buy-in but vie for a seat to the Main Event can take part in several satellites on offer at 888poker. Satellites will start with just a few pennies, making it easy for all players to try and land a seat.
Satellites will be offered throughout the series since the Main Event is one of the last tournaments to take place in The Festival Online. Log in any time during the Festival to try the Main Event satellite or to check out the daily list of events for the series to know what you can take part in.
