Following the release of its new land-based casino-inspired slot Crown of Fire, Pragmatic Play has agreed a content partnership with UK-based sports betting service, kwiff, a subsidiary of Eaton Gate Gaming Ltd., founded in 2015 by Anders Ström (Unibet) and Karl Engström.
Courtesy of the new alliance, the operator’s players will now find an enhanced online casino offering, with access to more than 200 of the multi-product content provider’s Slot games from an award-winning portfolio comprising hit titles such as The Dog House, Wolf Gold, Chili Heat, Gates of Olympus and Big Bass Bonanza, the first in the 5-game series powered for Cardiff-based game studio Reel Kingdom.
In addition, the UK-facing sports betting and iGaming app will also obtain game show themed titles from the provider’s Live Casino collection, with players now being able to enjoy Sweet Bonanza Candyland, Boom City, Mega Wheel, Mega Roulette and Mega Sic Bo, and others.
Deciding Factors:
According to a press release, Pragmatic Play’s successful Drops & Wins promotion played a big role in the decision by kwiff to enter into the agreement. Started in January 2020, the concept gives players the opportunity to win one of thousands of monthly prizes in their favorite Slots and Live Casino participating games, while a Weekly Tournament leaderboard ensures an increased level of engagement while at the same time offering the possibility for big wins.
Another deciding factor was the commitment by the operator to provide its player base access to other content from its Live Casino offering, including classic table games like roulette, baccarat, blackjack, Sic Bo, Andar Bahar and Dragon Tiger.
CEO Statements:
“Our goal is ensuring our players enjoy the very best entertainment and we’re very pleased to welcome Pragmatic Play to our premium list of content partners,” said Charles Lee, Chief Executive Officer for kwiff.
“We’re particularly looking forward to launching the biggest network promotion in the history of iGaming “Drops & Wins” where there are 1M in prizes up for grabs every month.”
Also commenting on the new commercial deal, Pragmatic Play’s Chief Operating Officer, Irina Cornides, added…
“kwiff are providing exciting gaming experiences and we’re proud to be supplying our casino content. It’s a great opportunity for us to showcase more of our world-renowned titles to a new audience.”
Crown of Fire:
News of the new partnership closely follows the launch of Pragmatic Plays latest title, Crown of Fire, a high volatility 5-reel, 3-row slot inspired by classic land-based fruit machines.
Players who enjoy the genre, will find recognizable symbols including plums, oranges, lemons, cherries, bells, watermelon, grapes and red 7s. Three to five of a kind will need to land on adjacent reels across the 10 paylines starting from the far-left side in order to be awarded with a win. Red 7s, however, pay for two to five of a kind the same way.
Wilds, Scatters & Special Scatters:
You’ll also come across scatter and special scatter symbols on Crown of Fire’s reels. The former appear on all reels and has value similar to regular symbols, paying for landing three to five of them, while the latter only lands on reels 1, 3, and 5 and also pays for landing three or more.
Playable on all devices, the game’s RTP is 96.36 percent, and according to Pragmatic, “will be a draw for fans of traditional casino titles and players who enjoy more modern features.”
