Caesars Entertainment has announced plans to bring a Caesars Sportsbook retail location to Rampart Casino at The Resort at Summerlin, Nevada, subject to approval from the Nevada Gaming Commission. The project targets an opening in early 2026 and would replace Rampart Casino’s existing sportsbook, introducing Caesars’ retail and mobile betting ecosystem to the Summerlin community for the first time.

The planned sportsbook would sit on the casino floor in Rampart’s current betting area, maintaining convenient access to parking while introducing updated technology and new viewing features. Caesars confirmed that the venue will include in-person registration for the Caesars Sportsbook mobile app, a first for a physical sportsbook location in Summerlin. Guests would also be able to complete mobile cash deposits and withdrawals on site, removing the need to travel outside the area for these services.

Physical Sportsbook Upgrades Planned at Rampart

Rampart Casino has outlined several physical changes tied to the partnership. The sportsbook space is set to receive a redesigned layout that includes a new video wall and a 360-degree LED video display positioned at the sportsbook bar. Caesars also plans to install 20 self-service betting kiosks inside the sportsbook and throughout the casino, providing access to the same betting markets available through the Caesars Sportsbook mobile app.

Caesars described the project as a way to meet local demand while expanding its retail presence beyond the Strip and Downtown Las Vegas. “We are excited to partner with the outstanding team at Rampart Casino to bring the Caesars Sportsbook experience to this marquee property and Summerlin residents for the first time,” said Eric Hession, President of Caesars Digital, in the company’s press release. “We know there is pent-up demand in the Summerlin community for the quality and depth of our sports betting product, and Rampart is the perfect partner to reach the sports fans in this area.”

Rampart Casino management stated that the operator undertook a detailed evaluation before selecting a sportsbook partner. “As part of the exciting investments and upgrades we’ve made across the property, we underwent an extensive process to select the right sports betting partner to bring a best-in-class product and technology, brand and service to the property,” said Michelle McHugh, Vice President and General Manager at Rampart Casino at The Resort at Summerlin. “We are confident our guests will appreciate the Caesars Sportsbook retail and mobile offerings, and we look forward to working with the Caesars team on creative initiatives to bring even more sports fans to the property.”

Mobile Integration and Digital Platform Features

The Summerlin sportsbook announcement aligns with Caesars’ continued investment in its mobile betting platform. Since launching the Caesars Sportsbook app in 2021, the company has introduced a series of updates aimed at simplifying how customers manage wagers and funds. One of the most recent developments was the rollout of the Universal Digital Wallet in June 2025.

Now active in 24 jurisdictions, the Universal Digital Wallet allows users who travel between states to manage funds across Caesars Sportsbook markets with a single account. In Nevada, the app offers what Caesars describes as the most extensive wagering menu in the state. Available betting options include Same Game Parlays, player props, futures, and live in-play markets. The app also supports livestreaming of thousands of major sporting events, including NFL games, directly within the platform.

Access to the Caesars Sportsbook app is limited to users aged 21 and older. Caesars has stated that responsible gaming remains a core part of the platform’s design, with built-in tools that allow customers to set Deposit Limits, Spending Limits, Daily Time Limits, and Cool Off Time Limits.

The project remains subject to approval by the Nevada Gaming Commission. If approved, the Caesars Sportsbook at Rampart Casino would become the first Caesars-branded retail sportsbook in the master-planned Summerlin community. The casino is located on Rampart Boulevard just south of Summerlin Parkway, positioning the sportsbook as a local option for residents seeking a full-service wagering venue closer to home.

Caesars and Rampart have not announced a construction start date, but both parties indicated that additional updates will be shared as the project moves toward its anticipated 2026 opening.
