Two spas and a heated swimming pool will be featured in the planned Resort Clubhouse. Other features of the RV Resort include a fenced dog park, laundromat, and a separate building with showers and two restrooms. Guests will also have access to horseshoe pits, table-tennis games and barbeque grills.
