The Pala Casino Spa & Resort surrounded by Temecula wineries in Pala, California is expanding its facility with the addition of a 10-acre, $5.6 million resort that will accommodate recreational vehicles and feature 100 full-service sites.

According to a press release from the northern San Diego County resort, the RV Resort will be located on Highway 76 next to the hotel/casino. The new facility is expected to open late May 2016.

Pala’s new RV Resort joins the regions two other casinos that have dedicated RV facilities; the BlueWater Resort and Casino near Parker, Arizona and the Pechanga Resort & Casino near Temecula.

Per the news release, Pala’s new RV facility will offer visitors the choice of three sizes of sites, all of which have a grassy area with picnic table, hookups for water and sewer, electrical and free cable television service and Wi-Fi, according to The Press Enterprise.

Two spas and a heated swimming pool will be featured in the planned Resort Clubhouse. Other features of the RV Resort include a fenced dog park, laundromat, and a separate building with showers and two restrooms. Guests will also have access to horseshoe pits, table-tennis games and barbeque grills.

The restrooms, laundromat, swimming pool and shower building will be accessed by visitors via key card.
