The Golden Poker Million Cyprus is part of the Golden Poker Series set to begin on November 22nd, running until December 2nd. The Noah’s Ark Deluxe Hotel and Spa will be hosting the event, with players descending upon Bafra, Cyprus to vie for a piece of the €1.5 million in guaranteed prize pools spread throughout the poker action.

Main Event Details:

During any major poker tournament series, the Main Event is always the most anticipated tournament. With the Golden Poker Million, the Main Event will run from November 26th until December 2nd. The tournament has a €800 buy-in and offers the largest guaranteed prize pool of €1 million.

During the big event, players will find five opening flights and 80,000 in chips provided. Players can choose to add 20,000 more to their stack for an additional €40. The first four opening flights will run from the 26th to the 29th. They will include 60 minute blind levels. The final opening flight will take place on the 30th and will have 20 minute blinds due to a turbo format. Re-entry is offered at the Noah’s Ark Casino on an unlimited basis during the first 12 levels of each opening flight.

The opening flights will come to an end when 10% of the field is left each day. The players will then return on November 30th for Day 2, where 75-minute blind levels will be played. The final two days of the poker event will take place on the 1st and 2nd of December, with longer blind levels of 90-minutes.

Side Action:

Along with the regularly scheduled events, there will also be side action that players can take part in. The side games will start with buy-ins of €5 and go as high as €1,500. Players with deep pockets will take to take a look at the Super Rodeo €1,500 High Roller event as well as the Silver Poker €400 Side Event.

Each of these options offer higher buy-ins and will provide larger payouts. On top of the side events, the festival will also be offering cash games, so players on-site will have access to a nonstop poker experience.
