In keeping with its strategy to partner with the Germany’s leading operators, Greentube has teamed up with Jokerstar GmbH, the new digital interest of established land-based operator Kling Automaten GmbH.

Under the content agreement, which makes the Novomatic Interactive division’s content accessible to a new audience in the Western European country,  jokerstar.de customers will now have an enhanced games lobby to choose from.

Popular titles such as Diamond Link: Mighty Emperor, Captain Venture: Treasures of the Sea, Apollo God of the Sun and Fruit King, are to be distributed via Gibraltar-based iGaming player account management platform, Pragmatic Solutions.

Ambitious plans:

Commenting on the new partnership, Jürgen Kling, Chie Executive Officer for Jokerstar Casino, explained that they have “ambitious plans” for their online brand and “it is key” that they provide their customers with the best content available.

“Greentube is a leading supplier with titles that are loved by global slot fans. Through this partnership, we will significantly strengthen our offering and further position ourselves as a top-tier operator in the regulated German market.”

Land-based success:

Greentube’s content is already successful in Germany’s land-based sector. And since making its debut in the new German regulated iGaming market in July via a “milestone partnership” with OnlineCasino Deutschland AG, the Austrian supplier has seen its portfolio launched with a number of operators in the country where the New State Treaty on Gambling (GluNeuRStV) permitting nationwide online gaming came into effect on July 1, 2021.

Market potential:

For its part, Greentube Key Account Manager Germany, Julia Schagerl, lauded Kling Automaten GmbH as “an operator with great experience in the German market” while declaring that they are “thrilled” to be part of the Baden-Württemberg-based company’s expansion into the online gaming sector.

“We see great potential in the German online market and our strategy is to partner with the country’s leading operators. Together with Jokerstar we will further enhance the reach of our content and bring premium entertainment to local players.”

German staple:

Jokerstar Casino, which started online operations this summer, is the new digital arm of Kling Automaten GmbH, a family company founded in 1954 as a restaurant business before opening the first Joker arcade in Ravensburg in Southern Germany in 1978. The third-generation family business now employs 1,000-plus people and has amassed in excess of 165 gambling halls in Germany, which are reportedly visited by 200,000 customers annually.

New game launch:

The new collaboration follows the addition of the new slot, Star Supreme, to Greentube’s Home of Games. A collaborative effort, the 5-reel game with 50 win lines includes an Extra Spins feature with “potentially unlimited re-triggers and Win Multipliers.” Launched on August 24, the online casino game available to all B2B partners.
