American gaming systems innovator Scientific Games Corporation has announced the signing of an agreement that will see it completely upgrade the casino management system for central California’s Chukchansi Gold Resort and Casino.
Las Vegas-based Scientific Games Corporation explained that the deal with the tribal casino owned by the federally-recognized Picayune Rancheria of Chukchansi Indians is set to include the provision of its touch-friendly iView4 technology, which enables slots to increase player engagement via the display of videos and animations, alongside its Elite Bonusing Suite marketing and loyalty program advance.
The Chukchansi Gold Resort and Casino offers a collection of around 1,750 slots as well as over 30 gaming tables and the agreement will moreover see it taking advantage of Scientific Games’ innovative Servizio Mobile Service Solution, which is to permit staff on its 56,000 sq ft casino floor to perform a range of customer service tasks such as player registration and jackpot processing while on the move.
BJ Martin, General Manager for the Chukchansi Gold Resort and Casino, declared that the Madera County casino located near the small community of Coarsegold had been ‘extremely pleased’ with the past performance of products from Scientific Games Corporation as these had enabled its gaming floor to operate ‘with a high level of efficiency and profitability’.
“In addition to the upgrades, we have also chosen to enhance our system with Scientific Games Corporation’s proven marketing and customer service-focused applications that will enable us to engage and interact with our customers in new and creative ways and strengthen our ability to provide a first-class customer service experience,” read a statement from Martin.
For his part, Bob Parente, Chief Revenue Officer and Senior Vice-President for Scientific Games Corporation, stated that he was ‘pleased’ the Chukchansi Gold Resort and Casino had opted to upgrade its existing casino management system with his firm’s ‘innovative display and bonusing solutions’.
