In the American state of Illinois and online sportsbetting operator Rush Street Interactive Incorporated has announced the signing of a deal that will involve its BetRivers.com domain becoming the official sportsbook for the Chicago Bears franchise of the National Football League (NFL).
The Chicago-headquartered firm is a subsidiary of American casino operator Rush Street Gaming and it used an official Tuesday press release to detail that the multi-year alliance is to also see its parent’s Rivers Casino Des Plains venue designated as the official casino partner for the historic gridiron football team.
Elevated exposure:
Neil Bluhm serves as the Executive Chairman for Rush Street Gaming and he used the press release to explain that this first-of-its-kind partnership will entail advertisements for BetRivers.com and Rivers Casino Des Plains appearing on an array of signage within the Illinois side’s 61,500-seat Soldier Field home from September. The executive declared that he is ‘thrilled’ to have inked an agreement with his company’s ‘hometown NFL team’ and that such marketing materials are to now moreover be featured across the Chicago Bears’ extensive print, digital and social media channels.

Situated in the northern Chicago suburb of Des Plains, the 140,000 sq ft Rivers Casino Des Plains is a riverboat facility that has been run by Rush Street Gaming on behalf of Churchill Downs Incorporated since July of 2011. This relationship subsequently gave the operator the ability to take advantage of the Midwestern state’s newly-liberalized gaming landscape from March by premiering a licensed version of its BetRivers.com sportsbetting service for afficionados located across Illinois.
