British retail and online sportsbetting products and services supplier, Sports Information Services (SIS) Limited, has announced the signing of a deal that is to see Spanish gaming operator, Codere, employ its around-the-clock live online betting channel.
The Milton Keynes-headquartered innovator used an official Monday press release to explain that the agreement will involve Codere venues in Spain and Mexico exploiting the innovation in order to offer a regular daily schedule of live horse and greyhound racing action.
SIS Limited recently inked a similar arrangement with German bookmaker Buchmacher Services GmbH (BSG) and declared that Codere is now set to have access to around 33,500 greyhound races every year broadcast direct from some of the top tracks in Ireland and the United Kingdom. In addition, it stated that the operator will moreover be able to show well over 27,000 live horseracing events taking place at some 130 facilities around the world.
Sandra McWilliams, Sales Director for SIS Limited, used the press release to detail that all of this upcoming action is to be presented utilizing the innovator’s own Watch and Bet format, which involves a regular program of quick-fire and short-form betting events designed to increase dwell time and engagement in order to enhance an operator’s sportsbetting revenues.
McWilliams’ statement read…
“We’re delighted to be delivering our new channel to Codere, [which is] a global operator that has a strong reputation in Europe and Latin America. Codere’s online customers will now have access to live pictures and data from the world’s best horseracing and greyhound venues with the Watch and Bet model designed to encourage more betting activity.”
For his part, Peter Lucas, Sportsbook Trading Director for Codere, proclaimed that he was ‘thrilled’ to have inked the alliance with SIS as it is set to allow his firm ‘to greatly expand the volume of horseracing and greyhound races’ it can offer to its online customers.
