American online sportsbook and daily fantasy sports operator DraftKings Incorporated has announced the signing of a deal that is to see it purchase iGaming jackpot and gamification innovator BlueRibbon Software Malta Limited.
The Boston-headquartered firm used an official Monday press release to describe BlueRibbon Software Malta Limited as a developer of ‘platform-agnostic and real-time gamification tools’ that permit online casino and sportsbook operators to offer a diverse range of ‘fully customizable jackpot promotions.’
DraftKings Incorporated, which currently offers its mobile and retail sportsbetting services to punters in 14 American states including Colorado, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Illinois, stated that the agreement for an undisclosed amount will allow it to ‘enhance the customer experience’ of its various iGaming platforms via the incorporation of the ‘personalized promotions and rewards’ featured in the jackpot functionality software from BlueRibbon Software Malta Limited.
Paul Liberman serves as the Global Technology and Product President for DraftKings Incorporated and he used the press release to proclaim that his firm now also intends to amalgamate the staff from BlueRibbon Software Malta Limited into its own team while possibly increasing the size of the innovator’s labor force in the Israeli metropolis of Tel Aviv.

The company established by online gaming veterans Amir Askarov and Dan Fischer in 2017 furthermore proclaimed that its advances can be applied to any vertical in order to bring ‘a new layer of excitement and anticipation’ to a plethora of games and content.
Askarov, who works as the Chief Executive Officer for BlueRibbon Software Malta Limited, used the press release to pronounce that his company’s ‘unique and innovative marketing platform’ can help iGaming operators around the world ‘to differentiate themselves within the highly competitive sportsbetting and iGaming industries.’ He additionally declared that becoming a part of DraftKings Incorporated will now permit the enterprise to further improve its solutions while simultaneously enhancing the associated ‘player experience.’
