EEGMedia/EEGEvents announced from Transylvania yesterday that the Central and Eastern European event organizer has engaged in a strategic partnership with the Asia Gaming Brief. The partnership is expected to give c-level executives better access to information about gaming markets in Asia and Europe.
Asia Gaming Brief is a well-known news and information portal with a focus reaching well beyond Macau. Going deeper than the headlines it is shown that the company also provides gaming industry intelligence that is valuable to executives in the Asian markets.
EEGMedia (Eastern European Gaming Media) launched a comprehensive online news portal in 2015 with a focus on online gaming in the CEE region and a mission to build a communication bridge between the advancing markets there and the already highly successful iGaming markets of Western Europe. EEGMedia also brings an expanding database of subscribers and clients to the partnership.
Visibility of the online gambling industry is expected to increase across Europe and Asia with both companies taking advantage of the other’s content and information for the good of their partners. In addition to media and intelligence, both companies are involved in industry conferences and event organization.
Zoltán “Hawkie” Tűndik, Founder and Head of Business at EEGMedia/EEGEvents commented: “We are keen to start being an active promoter of the Asian markets and look forward to serving our visitors with news about the updates they can find at the events organized by Asia Gaming Brief. After successfully implementing our channels of distribution we can say that we now serve contents on a higher scale and being able to partner with different regions of the globe will have a positive impact in the industry,” said Tűndik.
Felix Ng, Asia Editor and Project Director at Asia Gaming Brief commented on the partnership: “We are always more than happy to support important industry events both in Asia and abroad. With this partnership, we hope to be able to facilitate a closer exchange of information between Europe and Asia.”
Beyond information portals, both companies are event organizers for the industry. EEGEvents was spawned from the media company last year to fill a need in the region. To their credit so far have been the Eastern European Gaming Conference in Budapest, as well as the Vienna International Gaming Expo and the Prague Gaming Summit. The Central and Eastern European Gaming Conference (CEEGC) in Budapest will be held 19-20 September 2017.
Asia Gaming Brief is the organizer of the ASEAN Gaming Summit which is held every year in the Philippines. AGB’s Asia Gaming Awards are held in Macau in association with G2E Asia and The Innovation Group, and the company produces various AGSocial Networking events throughout the year.
