A press release from Clarion Events notes that “ICE is the United Nations of gaming as international visitors gather in London,” and it couldn’t be more true. The mega gaming industry event has attracted more than 500 of the gambling world’s leading exhibitors and is attended by nearly ‘anybody who is somebody’ in the online and land based casino industry. There are even sports celebs in attendance such as former England football players Michael Owen and Rio Ferdinand. But the most important aspects of the gathering are the seminars and conferences – in these rooms, the world of gaming changes as experts share their knowledge, shape opinions, and set the course for the future. ICE is, hands down, one of the most important international gaming business events in the world.
Pop-u-Lotto raffle style lottery co-founder, Dan Engel commented, ““Our team has made the journey to London from Canada and I cannot imagine there’s a more international business event than ICE anywhere in the world.
“Everywhere you go at ExCeL your senses are bombarded by a huge variety of languages and accents – ICE is the undisputed United Nations of gaming. There’s nothing else like it.”
The event began yesterday and runs through Thursday when it will close at 4pm. 2016 has seen the largest event on record occupying almost 39,000 sq m (+/-420,000 sq ft) of stand space.
