Genting Casinos is getting ready to host an exclusive poker tournament next week at the Palm Beach Casino, located in the Mayfair district of London. The special tournament is a Super High Roller event and will take place from October 5th to the 7th.
The event will have 60 minute levels and will feature some of the best professional poker players as well as businessmen, competing for the top prize. The event has named top competitors such as Daniel Colman as a winner in the past, the event is set to payout well and offer solid game play.
Each day of the tournament will begin at noon and will have a buy-in of £50,000. Players will also have to cover the £1,500 registration fee plus £100. The £100 will be donated to the CHIPS Charity by every player. Late registration will be allowed during the event until Level 10 is completed. On Monday, 8 levels will take place with the action continuing on Tuesday until the final table is decided. On Wednesday, the final table will begin and the event will play out to see who will be the big winner.
Aside from the 50/50 Super High Roller event, the casino will also be offering a charity tournament on Wednesday October 7th. The event will have a £500 entry fee with money being donated to the CHIPS Charity. The goal is to raise £6,500 and help purchase a wheelchair for a disabled child. This event will see half of the prize pool going to charity and will have a start time of 8pm.
