Maltese player retention and customer loyalty solutions specialist Enteractive has announced the signing of a deal that is to see three iGaming brands from Gaming Innovation Group (GiG) Incorporated utilize its (Re)Activation Cloud advance.
Headquartered in the Valletta suburb of Gzira, the innovator used an official Tuesday press release published by European Gaming Media and Events to detail that the agreement will involve the sites at Guts.com, Kaboo.com and Rizk.com exploiting its latest plug-and-play platform solution to increase their player reactivation and retention rates.
Enteractive announced that its (Re)Activation Cloud innovation ‘is driven by human interaction’ and helps iGaming operators to activate dormant players via the provision of live and personalized one-on-one conversations. The company moreover stated that such ‘high touch interactions’ involve empathy as well as a ‘high awareness of human complexity,’ which are features usually missing from the more automated alternatives offered by its competitors.
Mikael Hansson, Chief Executive Officer for Enteractive, used the press release to explain that his firm’s (Re)Activation Cloud solution will look to boost player retention rates and reduce churn at the three Malta and United Kingdom-licensed online casinos operated by the MT SecureTrade Limited subsidiary of GIG Incorporated. He proclaimed that the relationship is to furthermore involve the operator strengthening its ‘focus and work on responsible gaming’ as recent research indicates that ‘speaking with players one-on-one is the optimal way to monitor for gaming addiction problems.’
