American casino operator Golden Entertainment Incorporated has announced the signing of an agreement that will see it replace the existing management systems at four recently-acquired locations with the Synkros innovation from gaming machine innovator Konami Gaming Incorporated.
Golden Entertainment Incorporated revealed that the coming months will see Synkros rolled out at its Aquarius Casino Resort in Laughlin, Nevada, as well as at its pair of Arizona Charlie’s-branded venues and The Stratosphere Hotel Casino and Tower property in Las Vegas. The operator detailed that these are to join its nearby Pahrump Nugget Hotel and Casino, Gold Town Casino and Lakeside Casino and RV Park as well as its Rocky Gap Casino Resort in Maryland in utilizing the casino management innovation from Konami Gaming Incorporated.
Las Vegas-headquartered Golden Entertainment Incorporated declared that the move will allow guests at every one of its eight properties to utilize a single card in order to enjoy a multitude of personalized loyalty rewards. It stated that the Synkros’ lone database ecosystem is to moreover offer it the ability to employ advanced management tools for table games, slots, finance and analytics complete with 99.9% uptime reliability.
Steve Arcana, Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice-President for Golden Entertainment Incorporated, explained that his firm selected Synkros principally because of the innovation’s ‘extremely high reliability’ as well as its ability to link all eight casinos and allow the operator to establish ‘one cohesive brand with a single player card and seamless bonusing capabilities’.
“A reliable system is imperative to build upon our reputation and enable us to deliver improved player services as we move forward with this large-scale technology replacement,” read a Tuesday statement from Arcana.
Konami Gaming Incorporated is the Las Vegas-based subsidiary of Japanese giant Konami Holdings Corporation while its Chief Commercial Officer and Executive Vice-President, Tom Jingoli, disclosed that Golden Entertainment Incorporated first utilized the Synkros innovation at its Rocky Gap Casino Resort. Since then, he proclaimed that the casino management system ‘has continued to demonstrate leading strength and reliability to power’ the operator’s ever-expanding casino portfolio.
“As Golden Entertainment [Incorporated] achieves record success and expansion, we’ve had the incredible opportunity to demonstrate Synkros’ ability to grow with its business,” read a statement from Jingoli.
