With fifty five gaming venues located across the United Kingdom, the Rank Group is the largest chain operator of casinos in the country. Operating the Grosvenor Casinos, the Rank Group has now partnered with Playtech to use the brand’s Neon casino management system. Playtech is a top developer of gaming solutions and will be installing the cloud based solution just after installing the management system in Genting casinos, also located in the UK.

After installing the system with Genting and now Grosvenor Casinos, more than 90% of the casinos in the UK are using the product by Playtech. The Neon casino management system will manage as well as track player information, the cash desk and related operations for the Grosvenor casinos. Activities supported by the solution include preventing money-laundering and responsible gambling, and more.

The chain of Grosvenor Casinos have decided to use the Neon Analytics option which is a platform based on business intelligence, offering several dashboards that are custom-designed. This will help to meet the specific needs of each casino as well as the features needed for the management teams of each individual venue.
