In southern Nevada and the Resorts World Las Vegas facility from casino operator Genting Malaysia Berhad is now reportedly set to open in the summer of 2021 featuring three premium names from American hotels giant Hilton Worldwide Holdings Incorporated.

According to a Thursday report from the Las Vegas Review-Journal newspaper, the pair have inked a deal that is to see the coming $4.5 billion venue complete with a 110,000 sq ft casino utilize the hotelier’s flagship Hilton Hotels and Resorts marque as well as its more high-end Conrad and LXR brands.

Las Vegas stage:

Being constructed on an 87-acre plot of land near the northern end of the Las Vegas Strip, Resorts World Las Vegas is reportedly due to feature some 3,500 rooms spread across a pair of hotel towers. The newspaper detailed that the alliance with Hilton Worldwide Holdings Incorporated means that these structures are to be individually marketed under the Hilton and Conrad names with other portions of the property branded as the Las Vegas Hilton at Resorts World.

For his part and Greg Hartmann, Full Service, Luxury and Lifestyle Development Senior Vice-President for Hilton Worldwide Holdings Incorporated, reportedly stated that his firm already cooperates with Genting Malaysia Berhad at the gambling-friendly Resorts World Bimini venue in the Bahamas and had been in talks regarding the coming Resorts World Las Vegas project for about a year.
