Blueprint Gaming has reimagined its classic title Wish Upon a Jackpot giving it a significant boost with the Megaways engine and three enchanting bonus features.

Players will find some of their favorite elements from the 2013 original have remained, while new additions such as cascading wins and up to 117,649 ways to win are sure to be a hit. Another obvious change, the old fashioned 5×3 grid has been replaced by a 6 reel setup, courtesy of Big Time Gaming‘s Megaways mechanic.

Players’ wishes have been granted as we once again journey into this fabulous fairytale slot.”

Fairytale features:

Returning in the sequel, the Fairy Godmother, who, by the way, looks a little like Peter Griffin from the animated sitcom Family Guy, randomly wafts over the reels to sprinkle three shimmering modifiers including, Magic Beanstalk Stacked Wilds, Pigs Can Fly Wilds and Golden Arrow Mystery Spin. Players choose which of the three will be applied to the Fairy Godmother Spin.

Also the same as with the original, landing three fairytale book scatter symbols triggers the bonus round and awards 10 extra spins. Before the extra spins mode kicks in, players can increase their rewards by selecting one of the three magic orbs to receive an extra spins modifier that is in effect for the entire bonus round.

Included in the extra spins mode is an unlimited win multiplier that grows after each winning cascade. The feature is quickly becoming a player favorite among Blueprint Megaways releases.

Wider appeal:

Commenting on the sequel, Director of Marketing and Relationships for Blueprint Gaming, Jo Purvis said in an official press release

“Players’ wishes have been granted as we once again journey into this fabulous fairytale slot with the inclusion of the Megaways™ mechanic and several new features.

“While fans of the classic release are sure to love the return of the fairy godmother, there’s now a spellbinding 117,649 ways to win which will make this appealing to even more players.”

Coming soon:

Wish Upon a Jackpot Megaways will be followed by Ted Megaways, the sequel to the Gauselmann Group subsidiary‘s original Ted video slot released in 2017 that will be available later this summer. Based on the 2012 comedy film by the same name, the revamped version incorporates the popular mechanic and huge potential wins of up to 50,000 times the stake.
