At the beginning of July, Imperial Pacific International  (1076.HK) announced the gaming floor of the Best Sunshine Live facility would be moved to the Imperial Pacific Resort. Now, it seems the company is on track to complete the construction of 374 guest rooms for the facility by next August.

According to G3newswire, the guest rooms should be completed by August 2018 and luxury villas, of which there will be 15, could be finished by January. Currently, Imperial Pacific International is working on the gaming area, with plans for the second floor, as well as their beverage and food options, hoping to have these completed by August.

Edward Deleon Guerrero is the Commonwealth Casino Commission Executive Director who commented on how the US is successful in gaming due to slot machines and Asia is with gaming tables. They have observed and watched the day to day operations of this facility and still feel that it is too early to compare the T-Galleria and the new facility. The new venue has more gaming tables but not as many slot machines. The Casino Commission does expect the facility to see an increase in revenue as it is large in size. Guerrero expects to have a report on such matters in the near future.

Saipan has been developing into an epicenter of entertainment and leisure and the new casino is set to redefine luxury in the area. Visitors will enter the facility via a main entrance into a grand lobby with a hallway that leads to the gaming and entertainment of the casino. Players will have access to more than 190 electronic gaming machines as well as more than 70 gaming tables on the casino floor.

As far as the hotel is concerned, it is being designed by Steelman Partner, an architectural firm that specializes in world-class luxury resort and hotel creations. The hotel will feature opulent hotel suites along with deluxe villas. For dining, there will be several restaurants on site with famous chefs of Michelin Star at the helm. Convention and entertainment venues will also be located on site.
