Well-established casino game developer iSoftBet has announced a new strategic partnership with Merkur Interactive Services, an entity owned by the Gauselmann Group.
As part of the deal, Merkur will take iSoftBet’s entire suite that includes slot machines and table games in both HTML5 and Flash. Additionally, the company will use the provider’s Game Aggregation Platform in order to access the attractive selection of third party content. Furthermore, iSoftBet is expected to work closely with the operator by supplying it with slots for UK and Spanish regulated markets; several examples of titles that should be included in the offer are Mega Boy, MillionCents HD and the latest announcement Cloud Tales.
This new partnership was commented by both sides. Merkur Interactive Services CEO Bernd Henning expressed excitement to work with iSoftBet, naming the company as “one of the fastest growing gaming providers in the industry.” The CEO also added that the collaboration would help MIS to expand its presence in regulated markets, concluding that the operator was looking forward to offering iSoftBet’s “unique range of content” to their customers.
iSoftBet’s Head of Sales, Luci Apostolou, on the other hand, said that the partnership with Merkur was one of the company’s highlights of the year. She revealed that the process has been “very smooth” and that the provider was looking forward to combining their “knowledge of game innovation” with the operator’s “formidable casino experience.”
iSoftBet was founded in early 2010 and today their portfolio counts over 400 games including 150 casino titles, mobile games, Facebook solutions as well as mini-games. Several top picks by this London-based provider are Spooky Family, Basic Instinct and Beverly Hills.
