SG Digital, a combination of NYX and Scientific Games Interactive, a division of Scientific Games Corporation (NASDAQ: SGMS) on Monday announced the integration of Instant Win Games from the portfolio of provider, IWG, into its content aggregation platform, the award-winning Open Gaming System (OGS).
According to the press release…
Under the terms of the agreement, popular instant titles from IWG’s expansive portfolio, such as Slingo and Cash Buster, will now be accessible by Scientific Games’ OGS content aggregation platform customers.
“it made strategic sense”
Chief Executive Officer for IWG, Rhydian Fisher, said…
“Integrating our instant win games with one of the industry’s largest content distribution networks is an important step for us and improves our international presence greatly. More operators than ever before will now have access to our content.”
According to VP Gaming for SG Digital, Dylan Slaney:
“We have recognised the growing popularity of instant win games in the industry, which is why it made strategic sense for us to partner with a leading supplier in this vertical. We are sure that IWG’s highly engaging games will prove to be a hit for our partners and their players.”
In late 2016, IWG began offering its services to platforms and commercial brands in the wider industry of online gaming, which resulted in its instant win titles going live across GVC’s B2C brands and with the numbers-inspired, Mecca Bingo.
Experience:
For more than 15 years, IWG has been providing lotteries with a complete, online instant win service, having produced upwards of 250 quality instant win games. The London-based company also walked away with online lottery supplier of the year at the 2017 EGR B2B Awards at Grosvenor House in London.
Taking care of business:
IWG has been busy over the past year, in late January having announced the launch of a ground-breaking new instant win game, Rollover Jackpots and signing deals with some of the largest commercial operators in the industry, including London Stock Exchange-listed William Hill, Pariplay Limited and Mecca Bingo.
