JACK Entertainment is the new brand name for the former Detroit based Rock Gaming LLC which operates a number of casino properties across four states, generating more than $1 billion in revenue. The company is investing heavily in its brand makeover and its plan to upgrade its facilities across all venues which include more than 400,000 sq ft of gaming, 13,000 gaming positions and 400 hotel rooms.

JACK Entertainment recently announced that it has entered into a partnership with the Scientific Games Corporation to implement its flagship Bally Systems solutions, Bally cabinet platforms, WMS with 250 well known games at three Ohio casinos. These venues include the JACK Cincinnati Casino, JACK ThistleDown Racino and the JACK Cleveland Casino.

Scientific Games Corporation specializes in creating leading technology products and services that provide content to the global gaming, interactive and lottery markets. The company had to go through an extensive bidding and competitive selection process before being chosen to be selected provider for JACK Entertainment.

Under the terms of the agreement, the Scientific Games Corporation will implement its trademarked CMP player-tracking system, SDS slot-accounting solution, TableView real-time table-management solution and its iVIEW Display Manager in devices that support messaging technology. This will be implemented across all of JACK Entertainment’s gaming floors which support a high speed network.  The company will also leverage the Bally Elite Bonusing Suite applications to provide promotions, rewards, interactive and automated bonus information to its players.

In a statement, Matt Cullen, the ceo of JACK Entertainment said “We chose Scientific Games because they are the leader in systems innovation. We look forward to having the enhanced system in place, which will allow us to streamline our processes and operations.”

Scientific Games Corporation has already started the project to convert all systems at the three JACK entertainment properties and expects the full roll-out to be completed before the end of June 2016. The player loyalty programs at the JACK Detroit Casino-Hotel Greektown, JACK ThistleDown Racino, JACK Cincinnati Casino and JACK Cleveland Casino will also be connected via Bally technology to ensure that the Ohio based gaming provider is able to provide its customers both rewards and recognition for their patronage at these four casino properties.

Scientific Games’ systems will also connect JACK Entertainment’s player-loyalty programs at JACK Cleveland Casino, JACK Cincinnati Casino, JACK ThistleDown Racino, and JACK Detroit Casino-Hotel Greektown, enabling the gaming operator to offer enhanced player recognition and rewards for patronage at and across all four casino properties.
