On Thursday, December 17th, 2020 the elite online sportsbook and gaming technology providing powerhouse, FSB, has officially announced they are adding Ian Freeman to their team as their new Chief Revenue Officer. This is one of several recent exciting pronouncements FSB has made in terms of strengthening their staff in order to continue building the FSB brand into the top of the market sportsbooks. Just a month ago FSB named Bob Akeret as their Vice President of Operations, North America.

Ian Freeman’s Previous Work Experience

The award winning sports betting giant, FSB, is extremely happy to welcome in Freeman to their organization. He comes from IGT, where Ian was formerly their Vice President of Business Development and Commercial in IGT’s Play Digital division. He was previously responsible for developing their business to business sports as well as iCasino operations on a global level.

Freeman carries with him at least eight years of work experience in the gambling industry as he entered that market approximately in 2012. Over the course of his illustrious career Ian has held various senior level positions at several prosperous online gaming as well as sports betting organizations. One of which was Kambi where Freeman served as their Chief Commercial Officer for approximately 5 years.

New Job Expectations

Part of his upcoming duties for FSB include a substantial role in the creation of and deploying critical business strategies while continuing to develop FSB’s sales and business crews. Freeman will directly report to the Chief Executive Office at FSB in Dave McDowell, and he will initially be stationed out of the gaming technology operator’s London office.

As Ian hops aboard the FSB train at a very exciting time for the company he is looking to help strengthen as well as supporting their current business relationships as well as creating new opportunities for FSB to expand into emerging markets as they continue to grow as a worldwide leader in the online gambling and sports betting market. Expansion in to the United States of America is one of many specific goals of FSB’s sportsbook and Freeman to conquer over the course of the next few years.
