After recently introducing its April line-up of new titles, Isle of Man-based gambling software company Microgaming has enhanced its crew of talented studio partners, having penned an “exclusive” content supply deal with GONG Gaming Technologies.
The innovative startup was established in 2020 by “super-experienced and passionate industry veterans,” who, according to a recent press release, have more than 20 years of gaming industry experience, and are focused on creating “sensational, premium entertainment products.”
Games portfolio:
While the company is still in its infancy, it already boasts a sizeable portfolio of games, including two new games, Skulls Heap and Pirate’s Quest, both of which were prior collaborations with Microgaming and released to positive feedback. The Malta-headquartered gaming studio’s offering is distinguished by innovative tech, engaging narratives, and distinctive themes.
“It’s great to see a new studio bringing multiple games to the market so quickly, and we’re thrilled to welcome GONG to our platform,” commented Andrew Booth, Director of Games for Microgaming.
“With a maths-first logic, and some great creations to their name already, GONG are actively pursuing innovative content. We believe they have the potential to deliver even more sophisticated gaming technology, wrapped up with strong artwork, into the future.”
The Ancient Rome-themed title, “Inferno Gladiator,” is the game developer’s first exclusive release under the newly agreed to deal and is accessible via the leading content aggregator’s online gaming platform. The 5×3 reel, 25 paylines video slot is set in a blazing colosseum where a chiseled gladiator stands watch over the reels. Feature-packed with wilds, sticky wilds, and extra spins, the high volatility game is available now on PC and mobile devices.
Future looks bright:
“Honored and excited” to collaborate with Microgaming, Dima Farbman, Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer for GONG Gaming Technologies, declared…
“Our main goal is to create high-quality, entertaining and engaging games, and we’re constantly looking to improve and innovate.” The CEO added that they were “really pleased” with the feedback they received for two of its recent Microgaming releases, Pirate’s Quest and Skulls Heap, and, “we can’t wait to take our future content to the next level alongside Microgaming.”
