Two weeks after its parent company was re-branded under the Apricot Investments moniker and online casino games and software developer, Microgaming, announced that it has officially promoted Andrew Clucas to serve as its new Chief Operating Officer while additionally naming Jean-Luc Ferriere to the post of Chief Commercial Officer.
The Isle of Man-based firm used an official Wednesday press release to reveal that Clucas has served as Director for its Quickfire platform since September of 2016, which is a period that has seen the innovative online gaming product record double-digit growth.
The recently-appointed Chief Executive Officer for Microgaming, John Coleman, declared that Clucas has ‘played a central role’ in the operational success of the firm since joining its ranks in 2009 by realizing ‘consistently outstanding results’ while in charge of various areas of its business including business development, sales and regulated markets.
“I am delighted to take on this new role in the executive team at this exciting and important time for the business,” read a statement from Clucas.
Microgaming explained that Ferriere previously worked as its Network Games Director and has played ‘a leading role’ in the strategic direction, promotion and development of its online bingo and poker products.
Coleman detailed that Ferriere has been a member of the Microgaming team ‘for nearly two decades’ and possesses ‘unparalleled’ commercial expertise that has ‘ensured the successful delivery of our products worldwide.’
