Exactly one month after inking a content supply deal with Swedish iGaming operator Betsson AB and online casino games and software developer Microgaming has now announced the signing of an alliance with the new Switch Studios endeavor.
Innovating table games:
The Isle of Man-headquartered innovator will be exhibiting all of its wares at Malta’s SiGMA 2018 extravaganza later this month and used an official Thursday press release to declare that Switch Studios is ‘set to shake up the table games vertical’ by releasing online creations that feature ‘customizable components’ in order to ‘deliver tailor-made experiences for a new level of play’.
East Anglian expertise:
Microgaming moreover stated that its new partner is based in the English town of Ipswich and is comprised of a ‘close-knit group of online gambling and social gaming experts’ that will provide it with an exclusive suite of content beginning with its own takes on the classic table games of roulette and blackjack.
Studio being brought ‘into the fold’:
John Coleman, Chief Executive Officer for Microgaming, proclaimed that ‘bringing Switch Studios into the fold’ will ensure that his firm has ‘a dedicated resource for innovating and enhancing our table games offering’.
Coleman’s statement read…
“The team has already demonstrated a facility for producing stylish and sophisticated casino games that are highly original and entertaining and I am looking forward to developing this side of our range even further in the coming months.”
Revolutionary roulette:
For his part, Tom David from Switch Studios revealed that his firm’s objective ‘is to deliver the best selection of classic table games that players enjoy’ with its new roulette title boasting a three-dimensional wheel as well as life-like ball movements. He also detailed that the coming online game has been ‘specifically optimized for mobile’ and can be enjoyed in landscape and portrait modes.
