In its February slots lineup, leading online casino software developer and aggregator Microgaming plans to roll out 20-plus new titles this month, including more than 10 from its top-tier content partners and 10 from its growing stable of exclusive independent studios.

Players can expect each of the new games to be loaded with engaging features and exciting game mechanics, as well as a rogue cast of protagonists such as gangsters, ghouls, jokers and pirates.

Early February roll-out:

Kicking off the month is Chicago Gold, a high-volatility, 20-payline video slot developed exclusively for Microgaming by Montreal-based developer PearFiction Studios. 1920 Prohibition-era Chicago is the backdrop for this mobster-themed game where organized crime gangs battle for control of the Windy City’s streets under the constant scrutiny of the “Big Boss.”

The Big Boss Jackpot Reveal Game is activated when a jackpot symbol lands on the reels sans a collect symbol. Matching three identical symbols earns one of four exciting jackpots. The new game is the Canadian designer’s first major global game to be featured on the Isle of Man-based company’s network.

Swedish studio Just For The Win is up next with Juicy Joker Moolah (Feb.9th launch) an exciting take on the renowned progressive jackpot, where the bonus game rules and the jackpot wheel is triggered when three joker symbols appear on the reels. Players have a chance to win one of four jackpots offered by the wheel, Mini, Minor, Major, and Mega. The latter lives up to its name, as Microgaming’s Mega Moolah network has regularly paid out 7-figure wins to lucky players across the globe.

Next up is 6 Tolkens of Gold from Estonia-based developer All41studios. Offering a contemporary take on a classic fruit machine, the game gets its twist from the HyperHold mechanic. The streak respin bonus feature is activated when at least six coins land on the reels either in the base game or the extra spins round. Three spins composed of gold coins and blanks only are awarded to the player. Landing on a gold coin locks it in and the respins are reset to three, while filling all 15-coin spots awards the Mega jackpot.

Mid to late month offerings:

Another new slot that utilizes the HyperHold mechanic comes from Triple Edge Studios‘ February contribution, Adventures of Doubloon Island (Feb. 23 launch). This swashbuckling title challenges players to find the hidden booty while a band of determined pirates occupies the reels.

Players landing three or more earns wins of two, 15, or 100x the total stake, while also activating the extra spins feature. If at least six HyperHold symbols land on the reels, the feature by the same name is triggered. During the HyperHold feature, skull symbols reveal one of four jackpots, giving players a chance to grab the island’s legendary treasure.

The treasure-seeking theme extends itself into the month with Gacha Games‘ new high variance, arcade-style casino game, Incan Adventure, where players searching for lost Incan jewels and gold drill through blocks to find the riches. Following that, it’s All41studios‘ second contribution for the month, Ingots of Cai Shen, which offers exciting 243-way action along with Mini, Minor, Major, and Mega jackpots. Meanwhile, Pulse 8 Studios, who brought us the hits, Relic Seekers and Ladies Night 2 Turn Wild, adds its new jackpot respin-focused Carnival Jackpot slot to the mix.

Toward the latter part of the month, Vancouver-based Old School Studios transports us to Hawaii for some welcomed fun in the sun in the high-volatility, Maui Mischief, where every reel features stacked wilds. 3 Devils Pinball, which utilizes the Power Path mechanic, from Nevada-based Crazy Tooth Studio is up next. And in keeping with the ghoulish theme, Gong Gaming Technologies brings us Skulls Heap, which celebrates the Mexican Day of the Dead holiday, while 3D slot specialist Rabcat‘s charming Tropical Wilds rounds out this bunch nicely.

Partner content:

Wrapping up the month is some awesome partner content that can be enjoyed on the Microgaming games platform:

  • Inspired Entertainment’s feature-packed, leprechaun-themed Reel Lucky King Megaways.
  • Gibraltar-based Golden Rock Studios brings us Bar Slot, which mimics playing a slot machine in your favorite drinking establishment.

Also, be on the lookout for another slot from Inspired Entertainment, Temple of Light, which is followed by 1X2gaming‘s Reel Diamonds. Topping off the month it’s Yola Berrocal, from MGA Games‘ new Spanish Celebrities Casino Slots series, while players hunt for Cosmic Gems in one of 2 By 2 Gaming’s latest. Last but not least, Fruit Bonanza Scatter Drops is Inspired Entertainment’s third contribution and Opal Fruits from Big Time Gaming (BTG). The latter launched exclusively on the Scientific Games network back in 2019, before making its debut via Relax Gaming and now, Microgaming.
