Mobile real-money gaming solutions and services provider Nektan PLC (AIM: NKTN), has agreed a deal that will see its Evolve Lite aggregation innovation integrated onto the HTML5 platform being offered by Tyche Digital Malta Limited.

Gibraltar-headquartered Nektan stated that the agreement will see content from several of its games development partners such as Realistic Games Limited and Pocket Games Soft made available to online gaming operators around the world with Tyche Digital Malta Limited responsible for all local licensing duties.

Gary Shaw, Interim Chief Executive Officer for Nektan, stated that he was ‘very pleased’ that Tyche Digital Malta Limited had selected his firm’s Evolve Lite advance before declaring that the deal is expected to lead to new sources of revenue ‘before the end of this calendar year’.

“Our platform has been built to be applied quickly with no dependence on geographic location, which was a primary driver in Tyche [Digital Malta Limited’s] decision to partner with us,” said Shaw.

Shaw additionally explained that the agreement represented a ‘major step’ in his firm’s efforts at increasing its international reach while Vyacheslav Grzhybovsky, Chief Technology Officer for Tyche Digital Malta Limited, proclaimed that he had decided to work with Nektan due to the ‘high-quality content’ and ‘quick integration’ offered by the Evolve Lite innovation.

“Nektan has both the platform and the content but the determining factor was its speed of delivery and integration, [which is] something that sets Nektan apart from the majority of current gaming platforms,” said Grzhybovsky.
