Online gambling software developer NetEnt AB has announced that a selection of its games are now available to players in the Czech Republic following the signing of a deal with local sportsbetting provider Tipsport.

Established in 1996, Stockholm-based NetEnt AB supplies games and solutions to some of the world’s most successful iGaming operators such as PokerStars, Bet365, Gamesys, Bwin and 888, while the firm declared that its online casino content can now be additionally enjoyed by Tipsport players following the completion of a ‘successful integration process’.

Enrico Bradamante, Managing Director for the innovator’s NetEnt Malta Limited subsidiary, declared that he was ‘excited’ about entering the online market in the Czech Republic and that the Tipsport deal was all part of his firm’s ‘strategy to expand on regulated markets globally’.

“I am confident that our games will be well received by Czech players and that we can support Tipsport in driving online casino growth,” read a statement from Bradamante.

For its part, Beroun-headquartered Tipsport was established in 1991 and is one of the foremost sportsbetting operators in the Czech Republic with some 1,000 retail locations alongside a significant online presence.

Jakob Lorentzon, Online Casino Director for Tipsport, explained that the Czech operator selected games from NetEnt AB because it ‘always prefers to work with established [and] trusted companies’ in order to bring ‘the best solutions and highest quality products’ to its players.
